C100 Rules & Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

C100 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "c100") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and c100.

By accessing or using the c100 platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using c100.

C100 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To register at c100, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only open one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Information required for registration:

• Full Name: The name must match exactly as it appears on your National ID.
• Date of Birth: You must provide your real date of birth (must be 18 or older).
• Mobile number: An active Bangladeshi mobile number to be used for verification.
• Payment Information: A Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket number that must match the name on the account.

C100 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Accounts registered with false information will be permanently closed.

3 Age Requirement

C100 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If anyone registers with a false age and is later found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will not be refunded.

C100 is firmly committed to protecting minors from gambling. We urge parents and guardians to use parental control software on your devices and ensure that your children cannot access c100 or any similar platform.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on c100. Adhering to c100's Terms & Conditions ensures a smooth betting experience at all times.

Minimum Bet	Minimum ৳50 per bet
Maximum Bet	Maximum ৳1,00,000 per event (c100 reserves the right to change this)
Odds Changes	If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply.
Cancelled Match	If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
Live Betting	Bets can be placed during a match; however, c100 may suspend Live Betting at any time.
Incorrect Odds	If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void

Betting Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, c100's decision is final. Disputes must be submitted to support@c100.im within 48 hours of the result being published. No claims will be accepted after this deadline.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

Payments at c100 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions must be made from a mobile number registered in your name. Payments from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• If a payment fails, it will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: typically 2–24 hours
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

C100 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after a specified wagering amount has been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• The same individual may not claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• C100 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, c100 may forfeit the bonus on that account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at c100 and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Match Fixing: Manipulating or participating in the manipulation of any sporting event's outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the c100 platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets or playing games using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to c100's systems.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to a third party.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.

8 Account Suspension

C100 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Court orders or government directives.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Any active bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to their outcomes. In cases of fraud, all deposits may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

C100 always strives to provide reliable service; however, c100's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in exposing account credentials.

Under no circumstances shall c100's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

10 Responsible Gaming

C100 believes betting is for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you feel your betting is getting out of control, please seek help immediately.

C100 offers the following benefits to its users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take breaks from continuous betting.
